Your challenges

• Recruitment & Selection:
  • Assist in strategy development and mapping for recruitment.  
  • Post job offers on appropriate platforms.  
  • Source, screen CVs, organize interviews, and follow-up with candidates.
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions.
  • Shadow interviews to gain insights into the selection process.
• Training and Development:
  • Support the organization of onboarding, training, and workshops for employees. 
  • Help manage training files and monitor participation. 
• Documentation Management:
  • Implement document management processes under HRM supervision.  
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HRIS, including benefits documentation.  
  • Support the preparation of HR reports and administrative documents.
• Employees Relations:
  • Aid in resolving employee queries and handling routine requests.
  • Participate in organizing events and activities to enhance corporate culture.
• Compliance and HR Policies:
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Raise awareness of human resources compliance among staff.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field with an internship agreement from your university.
• You are fluent in French and English, another European language would be a significant plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You are a citizen of the EU.
• You are available for this internship from August 15th, 2024.
