Product Assurance Engineer
Your challenges
- Under the supervision of the QA manager and as team member of the QA Team, you take the full responsibility of managing product quality, monitoring and participating in continuous improvement within Lambda-X High Tech.
- You handle non-conformities (NC), implementing necessary corrective and/or preventive actions, and verifying their effectiveness.
- You selecte and evaluate critical and non-critical suppliers and subcontractors.
- You integrate new requirements related to product certifications (CE marking, special processes, etc.).
- You control and/or validate quality inspections upon receipt of raw materials, parts, and other products.
- You are in close contact with customers, participate in external audits by customers and certify bodies. You support the QA Manager for customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- Civil Engineer, Master’s degree in Science, Industrial Engineer or relevant experiences.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of EN 9100 / ISO 9001 / ISO13485 / ESA standards.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Good assertiveness.
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Willingness to undertake missions abroad.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work well under stress.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Project Manager – Space/Defense
Your challenges
- Under the supervision of the BLO’s and as team member of the R&D Team, you take the full responsibility of R&D Projects regarding new equipment and improvement of existing ones. The projects to be run apply to any of the Lambda-X sectors of activity.
- You create and manage the project management roadmap, lead the project team members (System Eng. , Software Eng., …), assure the completion of the different steps (from specs definitions till prototyping) in line with the requested planning, budget, quality standards, regulations, … and manage all the documentations and reporting.
- You are in close contact with customers and organize follow-up meetings to present results and status of the project.
- You are a major contributor regarding Lambda-X engineering activities and bring also your operational skills to assure the success of each project.
Your profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (electromechanics, mechanics, electronics, informatics, physics, …) and have at least 5 years’ experience in managing R&D projects for the industry.
- You have an excellent command of English; the practice of French is a real asset.
- You have practical and theoretical knowledge in optics.
- You easily integrate a multidisciplinary team and are recognized for your rigor, your hands-on attitude and your ability to manage stakeholders.
- You organize your work efficiently to supply your deliverables according to planning.

Photonic Technician Intern
We are looking for an intern with a BTS in Optical Engineering to join our production team. Electronic Engineering Intern
The Project : Development of a laser power supply:
The goal of the internship is to develop a custom power supply for the lasers used in the optical instruments we develop. Laser diodes require very stable power supplies and they must be temperature regulated. The power supply shall be able to work in standalone or to be controlled externally. We also need to be able to modulate the laser output.
The internship consist in specifying, designing and simulating the power supply. The intern will use Altium Designer to draw the schematic and route the PCB. The circuit shall be tested and measured to evaluate the performances.
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electronic engineer or a related field with an internship agreement from your university.
- Min 2 months of internship, or more, to start in 2025.
- You are fluent in French and English, another European language would be a significant plus.
