Business Developer – MedTech, Life Sciences & Industry
Your challenges
- Under the supervision of the Business Line Officer, and in close collaboration with the engineering teams, you are responsible to develop the portfolio of high-tech B2B customers and associated sales, with a main focus on Europe & USA.
- You promote a unique method of selling innovation services.
- You develop customer relations and promote Lambda-X services through networking, prospecting missions, participation in international trade fairs and shows, setting-up and implementing digital marketing techniques.
- You respond to inquiries and quotation requests, explore new opportunities with existing clients and spot new business opportunities by analyzing the market trends and competition.
- You manage key accounts and customers satisfaction through adequate communication and meeting management.
- You ensure sales process internally in good coherence with the company’s EN9100 quality system and customers’ expectations.
- You actively contribute to the pleasant working atmosphere and share your ideas to improve ways of working leading to company success.

Location
Nivelles, Belgium and open to travel up to 30% of your time.
Your profile

- Looking for a new sales challenge around products innovation in fast moving markets.

Your background and skills
- You have a master in engineering (commercial, biomedical, product development, …).
- You are strongly motivated by industrial sales backed by 10 years of professional experience and coupled with a business development responsibility.
- You are a talented commercial person with an existing network, ideally in innovation-driven markets, and you are used to build relationships with C-level management.
- Fluency in English and French is an absolute must. Dutch and German are a big plus.
- You are eager to learn about optical technologies and new product development strategies.
- You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, your ability to quickly build trust, your innovation mindset and your positive attitude.
