Product Assurance Engineer
Your challenges
- Provide support to manufacturing and/or engineering processes in accordance with documented procedures and practices.
- Ensure that applicable quality requirements and expectations, as expressed by customers but also driven by safety, legal and regulatory requirements, are met.
- Define non-conforming product properties, anticipate problems in production operations.
- Take part in development evaluations and ensure that the product aligns with customer requirements.
- Follow up on action plans resulting from audits, non-conformances, risk analysis, process reviews.
- Evaluate test results, prevent quality related problems and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide support for internal and external quality audits.
- Assist with risk management processes
Your profile
- Master degree in engineering with a strong focus on scientific applications or equivalent by experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a product quality assurance role within a production, project and/or R&D environment.
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 with additional familiarity in EN 9100, ISO 13485, ECSS, and cleanroom standards being an advantage.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement is a strong asset.
- Good collaboration and team spirit.
- Quality focused, rigorous and pragmatic.
- Flexible, autonomous, and comfortable in multi-tasking.
- Ability to react quickly, to take action, to make decisions and to be solution-oriented in a fast-moving environment.
- Effective communication skills and used to summarize information.

Project Manager – Space/Defense
Your challenges
- Under the supervision of the BLO’s and as team member of the R&D Team, you take the full responsibility of R&D Projects regarding new equipment and improvement of existing ones. The projects to be run apply to any of the Lambda-X sectors of activity.
- You create and manage the project management roadmap, lead the project team members (System Eng. , Software Eng., …), assure the completion of the different steps (from specs definitions till prototyping) in line with the requested planning, budget, quality standards, regulations, … and manage all the documentations and reporting.
- You are in close contact with customers and organize follow-up meetings to present results and status of the project.
- You are a major contributor regarding Lambda-X engineering activities and bring also your operational skills to assure the success of each project.
Your profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (electromechanics, mechanics, electronics, informatics, physics, …) and have at least 5 years’ experience in managing R&D projects for the industry.
- You have an excellent command of English; the practice of French is a real asset.
- You have practical and theoretical knowledge in optics.
- You easily integrate a multidisciplinary team and are recognized for your rigor, your hands-on attitude and your ability to manage stakeholders.
- You organize your work efficiently to supply your deliverables according to planning.

Photonic Technician Intern
We are looking for an intern with a BTS in Optical Engineering to join our production team. Integrated at the heart of our department, you will participate in the manufacturing of high-precision optical systems, with tasks ranging from mechanical and optical assembly to the alignment and calibration of instruments.
You will work closely with our team to provide support for:
- production processes,
- participating in the analysis of product performance
- proposing improvements.
You will also contribute:
- to the writing of technical documents for production monitoring
- to the creation of test plans to ensure adherence to our quality standards.
This internship is an opportunity to develop your practical and theoretical skills while evolving in a high-tech and innovative environment.
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in photonic or a related field with an internship agreement from your university/school.
- Min 2 months of internship, or more.
- You are fluent in French and English, another European language would be a significant plus.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to work in autonomy.
- Organized.
- Meticulous.
- You are a citizen from the EU.
